SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Ayadora.com orders are shjpped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).  Orders will be shipped between 1 to 5 business days.  An email will be sent if any items will take longer than this time frame and a full refund will be offered if the customer does not wish to wait longer for the product.  Because our products are made by hand and in house we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.  If you need overnight shipping please contact info@ayadora.com and if the product is available for immediate shipping we will work that out.  All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.  Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.  If your order cannot process an email will be sent to advise.  If a signature waiver is in place for shipments, Ayador.com cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns, on-line and in-store, must be made within 30 days of purchase, due to the shelf life of the product, and all products returned must be unopened in order to receive a full refund.  Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returns at this time.

In-Store Returns:

You can return unopened items purchased online to any free-standing retail store that carries Ayadora Skin Care products within 30 days of purchase.  You can bring a physical receipt or show proof of purchase via an email confirmation of purchase.

On-Line Returns:

Please contact info@ayadora.com if you need to return item(s).  We will provide a shipping address for you to return along with a Return ID Number.
